Cancellation and refunds
Instant-book stays on The Nature Escapes follow the windows below, counted from 12:00 AM on the arrive date in India. Custom-quote, wedding, and group proposals follow the written quote.
Cancellation windows
7 or more days before arrive
100% of the stay amount is refunded to your original payment method. The platform convenience fee is not refunded.
3 to 6 days before arrive
50% of the stay amount is refunded. The remaining stay amount is kept as a late-change fee. The platform convenience fee is not refunded.
Within 72 hours of arrive, or after check-in
No refund of the stay amount or platform fee. Unused nights are not credited, including early departures.
Platform convenience fee
At checkout you choose how to pay. We add a platform fee sized to current India market payment rates, plus 18% GST on that fee. The fee is charged with your stay total and is not refunded if you cancel.

How refunds are paid
- Cancel from My trips, or WhatsApp Nature Escapes Ops with your confirmation code. You will receive written confirmation on the booking email.
- Approved refunds return to the original Razorpay method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–7 working days.
- GST invoices for refunded stays are credit-noted. Custom-quote, wedding, and group proposals follow the written quote, not these windows.
- Check-in is 12:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may be charged.
