Do you offer group or corporate bookings?
Yes — corporate offsites and bulk cottage bookings are a core focus. We hold multi-cottage inventory, negotiate group rates, support GST billing, and assign one trip manager. Start on Corporate Offsites or Contact with trip type “Corporate offsite”.
How does bulk booking work?
Tell us dates, headcount, cottage count, meal plan, and any meeting-room needs. We check live inventory with partner resorts, send a written proposal, then confirm with a booking voucher once you accept — online pay or pay-at-property.

About 12.8 km from the city centre. The Ganga is 300–400 metres from the resort.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 12:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before arrive for a full stay refund (gateway fees excluded). 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Within 72 hours or after check-in: no refund. Approved returns reach the original Razorpay method in 5–7 working days. Custom quotes follow the written proposal.
How are cottage rates calculated?
Each cottage has a nightly rate for the adults included in the base occupancy, caps on adults, children, total people, and extra beds. Properties set their own adult and child age ranges (for example children 0–12 and adults 13+). Extra adults and children are charged per person per night as configured. Meal plans — room only, breakfast, 2 meals (breakfast + dinner), or all meals — are charged per person per night on top of the cottage.
